According to Anne Williams, Jigsaw Puzzles, An Illustrated History and Price Guide, "Big Star and Big 10 puzzles...can reliably be attributed to Consolidated". [Consolidated Paper Box Co., makers of Perfect Picture Puzzles.]. Big 10 puzzles were produced during the 1930's.
"Big 10" signifique "Diez Grande".
